You have to give Cathy Yang a raise or a bonus. She's an asset to your company and you'd be stupid to let her go. The shipping time frame and arrangement was well organised. There was also a video of the product tested and inspected for defects prior to dispatch. I just wish that all Alibaba merchants follow the same service as what Cathy did to my order. Cathy recommended the type of screen that I required to suit the projector. Hats off to Cathy for being knowledgeable of the product and her efficient communication. I highly recommend this company and would relay the word to any of my friends looking for screen projectors and other tech stuff.

My experience with this company was very good, Cathy Yang was very knowledgeable about the two screens I purchased and was on top of the shipping and delivery, although my original order got lost with the local American logistic transport service , Cathy immediately arranged replacement screens for me and had them shipped on fast delivery without charging me any extra amount, very please with their service and would definitely purchase from them again.
